There doesn't appear to be an implementation of this feature despite it being documented.

this looks like a real documentation bug, the real name is classNameFilter will post a fix in a few

The ngAnimate makes reference to a function `$animateProvider.classNamePrefix`
that does not exist, the correct function is `$animateProvider.classNameFilter`

Closes angular#10142
