Do not merge until PR angular/in-memory-web-api#57 is merged
in-mem-web-api is updated to publish as esm + umd. This PR updates the usage of in-mem-web-api
JiT builds will be using the umd bundle and AoT will be using esm

This also fixes a bug in the toh-6 aot sample where the css file is not copied over to the aot folder
