Update fails with fontawesome pro in .npmrc

Repro steps

• Install private scoped package with configuration in .npmrc through npm
• Run ng update

Observed behavior

Not found : @fortawesome/fontawesome-pro-webfonts

Desired behavior

ng update should use .npmrc and work as usual

This seams to work with 1.7.3 or with global and not per project .npmrc
Sorry but this is the only comparable project I had for a fast test.
