With array of objects the first item is not selectable

In modality array of objects is not possible to select the first item.

As you can see in the reply, by setting tagging-label="false" then the problem is resolved (though we loose the label..)

When using the plugin with an array of objects, the tagging attribute is required to have a string, which is a scope function.

From the demo:

In the example tagTransform is NOT optional.

The updated plunkr example solves the selection of the OP, however clicking the first element in the newer plunkr "Adam" yields an empty "@email.com" caused by incorrectly hitting the transform function - which does not happen to the subsequent dropdown elements as expected.

Interestingly as mentioned here in the bottom comment http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27310751/angular-ui-select-array-of-objects-first-item-not-selectable, setting the tagging-label="false" fixes the issue with the first dropdown element, but setting tagging-label="false" does not seem like an appropriate long term fix.
