Added to release/angular-ui-router.js file. Current version is not working in minified version. angular-ui#671 already fixed it but not in release.

The release file is only created once per release, automatically by the grunt build task. So it wouldn't really make sense to merge a manual edit to that file. The release file will be corrected at the next release, because the fix will propagate to the release file. |

We don't patch the release files directly. It will be updated on the next release. |
