Clicking on list items in sample app is broken #237

In the sample app when being on a contact item (e.g. /#/contacts/42) clicking on another list item has no effect.

Just for the record, clicking on "show random contact" works (probably because it directly uses transitionTo instead of relying on catching the URL change)

The online sample works and so does the one from the gh-pages branch. But the one from the master branch is screwed up.
