I think this was fixed with a pull request #37 last night. Try updating the generator:

npm update -g generator-angular-fullstack

good to know I'm not the only one working/hacking on Christmas day :p

Change !!! to doctype inside index.jade

but script, link tags are still html style..

I solved this problem.

npm remove generator-angular-fullstack
npm clean cache
git clone https://github.com/DaftMonk/generator-angular-fullstack
npm install ./generator-angular-fullstack

Just npm published the latest version, so this should be fixed if you run npm update -g generator-angular-fullstack
