Renamed _w5100_init to _w5xxx_init, detect_w5500 to _detect_and_reset_w5500, detect_w5100s to _detect_and_reset_w5100s.

Moved _detect_and_reset_w5500 and _detect_and_reset_w5100s into _w5xxx_init.

Renamed _chip_type to chip_type so that users can check which hardware is present.
