Hardware timeout are ignored by the driver.

Many actions performed by the Wiznet5k hardware have hardware timeouts that can be modified by the user. These are currently ignored by the CP driver. If the software timeout set in the driver is longer than the hardware timeout then the driver is waiting in vain.

The interrupt register should be polled while waiting for a timeout and appropriate action taken.

An enhancement, not a  bug fix.
