Update time service to adafruit.io

we now use adafruit.io for time keeping, to avoid overloading worldtimeapi
also fixes a local.txt esp init thingy, we now always hardware init esp, we just don't connect (which is what takes time)

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython bundle.
