error in express.py check for Sphinx

Fresh install (removed /lib, installed bundle 1.0.0-rc.4):

File "libraries/drivers/circuitplayground/adafruit_circuitplayground/express.py", line 23, in __init__
AttributeError: type object 'DigitalInOut' has no attribute '__module__'

Grabbed a copy of express.py (deleted express.mpy), and commented out sphinx code check, works as expected now.
