Lib not found in the "Adafruit CircuitPython Bundle"

On the release page, it mentions

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython Bundle](https://circuitpython.org/libraries).

I don't see this package in the bundle.

For now you can get it here: https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_BLE_File_Transfer/releases/tag/4.0.0

We'll get it added to the bundle soon too.

Fixed adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Bundle#406. Verified in 2023/04/27 Circuitpythonbundle. thanks @elpekenin for noticing this. :)
