Done:

• Prevent overwrite of bootstrap figure from R version
• Closes Github logo instead of text in version control #256 -- fixed URL typesetting
• Closes Wrong terminology "accuracy" in regression 1 #259 -- switched accuracy -> RMSPE
• Closes Clustering futurewarnings #263 -- added a FutureWarnings filter to clustering chapter
• Closes Clustering HTML equation too long #261 -- changed to display math, added a latex newline
• Closes Code-generated table in Ch5 for distance calcs #81 -- figured out how to use IPython.display.Latex with glue to render the eqn in the table
• Closes Missing dollars typesetting in regression 2 #260 -- also fixed in reg1, reg2, inference
• Closes Use glue to execute code in-text #79 -- did not see any additional places where this was missing beyond what was already fixed
• Closes GPS coords example for relative/absolute path #60 -- I tried to use the analogy, but I found it was just too hard to make it flow right (and it also assumes people know what GPS or lat/lon is...). So instead I just rewrote the section and expanded it. I think it is much better now and no GPS analogy is needed.
• Closes data set vs dataset (and other conventions) #243 -- edited dataset -> data set, but didn't obsess about other things
• Closes where to import packages #129 -- I don't see any issues here.
