Describe your change:

Fixes #9066
I have resolved the bug by returning tuple as output

  • Add an algorithm?
  • Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?
  • Documentation change?

When changing the outputs of a function, make sure to change the doctests to reflect that change.
