complete this: This pull request introduces a new theoretical sorting algorithm, Quantum Bogo Sort, to the sorts module. The algorithm is included for humor and is not practically feasible.

New feature:

  • sorts/quantum_bogo_sort.py: Added the quantum_bogo_sort function, which humorously sorts an array using quantum mechanics. Added quantum_bogo_sort, a theoretical sorting algorithm that uses quantum mechanics to sort the elements.

It assumes all elements are already in the superposition of sorted and unsorted states, therefore only requiring it to be returned after being called.

Describe your change:

  • Add an algorithm?
  • Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?
  • Add or change doctests? -- Note: Please avoid changing both code and tests in a single pull request.
  • Documentation change?

Added `quantum_bogo_sort`, a theoretical sorting algorithm that uses quantum mechanics to sort the elements.
