Feature description

Numerous files have been disabled because TensorFlow was not yet compatible with the current version of Python.

Now that https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/releases/tag/v2.16.1 FINALLY supports Python 3.12 can we bring back TensorFlow and reenable these files?
