Now only the test and the dependend plugins are needed
As they do not build out of the box or the json is no more available

The github build fails with the following error
class io.sloeber.autoBuild.integration.AutoBuildConfigurationDescription cannot be cast to class org.eclipse.cdt.internal.core.settings.model.CConfigurationDescriptionCache (io.sloeber.autoBuild.integration.AutoBuildConfigurationDescription is in unnamed module of loader org.eclipse.osgi.internal.loader.EquinoxClassLoader @243d3b; org.eclipse.cdt.internal.core.settings.model.CConfigurationDescriptionCache is in unnamed module of loader org.eclipse.osgi.internal.loader.EquinoxClassLoader @35d00459)Which I do not understand nor can I reproduce this problem.
So I'm trying to guess what caused this issue and undo the change to fix this regression
As this problem only happens on github I need to create a pull request to trigger a github build.
