Currently if you add a file with extension .ar to your project the file will be completely ignored by sloeber.
This makes it impossible to make a arduino library that provides the code as an archive.

This issue is to investigate the possibility to have the archives included in the build.
That should also be a first step to fix #1126

By expanding the environment name I can match the platform.sloeber.txt
with what CDT wants.
This makes for a better match between the sloeber run commands and the
arduino IDE run commands
Only the combiner does not place the archives in the same place as
Arduino IDE
