We obtain the following graph for the historgram of the last 100,000 observations on the par value of government debt

I think the issue here is that the directive for some reason is two spaces into the document. It seems that the html renderer is more robust with malformed rst. @fkazemian do you know how to compile jupyter notebooks with all text and code? Would you mind checking if this is malformed source code in the rst?
