PowerShell Preview Integrated Console v2021.4.2 - Hangs on starting

The PowerShell Preview Integrated Console v2021.4.2 hangs on starting. Disable the PowerShell Preview Extension (2021.4.2) and enabling the PowerShell Extension (2021.2.2) solves the issue.

Issue Description

When I start VSCode with the PowerShell Preview Extension (2021.4.2) enabled, the PowerShell Preview Integrated Console v2021.4.2 hangs on starting.

There is a warning symbol in the upper right corner of the terminal with the text:

Extensions want to make the following changes to the terminal's environment:
VSCODE_GIT_IPC_HANDLE=\.\pipe\vscode-git-3cf07e0802-sock

The [relaunch terminal] hyperlink in this warning symbol is not working.

Disable the PowerShell Preview Extension (2021.4.2) and enabling the PowerShell Extension (2021.2.2) solves the issue.
