…ing cmdlets in 6.1 Add missing static constructors fix for PowerShell#52 and mark Validate method as abstract
Remove extraneous param statements
Also fix the test phase of the dotnetTemplate to return to the starting directory
Each closed issue now has a test, and we validate that the list of public types is what we expect
Update the various references to version to RC1
