What is the current behavior?

Installing... msg is shown when app is installing on device.
Refresing... msg is shown when app is refreshing on device.

What is the new behavior?

Installing on device <id> msg is shown when app is installing on device.
Refreshing on device <id> msg is shown when app is refreshing on device.
