Fix LiveSync problems

What is the current behavior?

When webpack plugin is added to application, {N} CLI is not able to sync it.
When iOS and Android devices are synced from Sidekick, {N} CLI does not sync all of them

What is the new behavior?

Devices with different platforms are successfully synced from Sidekick
