On Windows and Linux system "tns doctor" reports iTunes is not installed.
I think we do not use iTunes at all on those OSs because iOS related commands works only on OSX.
Can we remove this check on Windows and Linux?

node_modules.bin\tns doctor
WARNING: iTunes is not installed.You will not be able to work with iOS devices via cable connection.
To be able to work with connected iOS devices,
download and install iTunes from http://www.apple.com
