Now, the build process can fail if the installed platform bridge is older than the current version in the npm registry. We should always update to the latest version

If the project is created with older bridge's version, platform update command should update to the latest compatible bridge's version. I think that we should't do any additional checks for bridge's version after project creation. @ligaz @ErjanGavalji what do you think?

User can use any runtime version published in npm. So this bug is irrelevant and I am going to close it.
