We are considering approach similar to Cordova Plugins architecture.

We will need to run platform specific binding generators as part of the this. The output of those should also be human editable in order to provide full fidelity to the underlying API.

Optionally we can run API declaration tool that will output TypeScript declaration files for easier consumption of the 3rd party reference.
