See disucssion in #2537. There kotlinx.coroutines.scheduling.TimeSource was renamed, but kotlinx.coroutines.TimeSource is still messing things up.

Rename TimeSource to AbstractTimeSource due to KT-42625

    * It is the second TimeSource in our codebase
    * Also make it abstract to let CHA kick in
