Okay, I swear this is the last Format change. The previous changes were made after noticing format differences between colab notebooks and jupyter notebooks. Recently I noticed that there are differences between how jupyter notebooks are rendered on local machines versus on Github. I made the changes to make sure the github notebooks are rendered on Github correctly.
