perf(timeline): optimizations (see below)

Performance:
- better microtasks scheduling
- getTimePosition cache
- optimized manual drawing calls
- sync vertical position updates in `runEventPositionUpdate`
- only redraw visible groups

Fixed:
- fixed forcePositionUpdate
- fix groupT.mask is null
- camera dragging event leak
