html-webpack-plugin@4 is support for webpack@4.

I need AgresssiveSplittingPlugin for HTTP2 but there's no entry point in the html-webpack-plugin. jantimon/html-webpack-plugin#889 (comment)

v4.5.13 uses webpack 4 & html-webpack 3.2 which is obsolete and not supported anymore...
