生产环境仍然会带有devtools

不知道在哪提lssues好，但是vue-router/vuex等等都基于devtools，所以就在这说了。
查看vue-router/dist/vue-router.prod.cjs代码发现devtools仍然被导入

猜测是tree-shaking未成功去除@vue/devtools-api代码
