Steps to reproduce

直接使用 iphone 手机打开 ant design vue 官网 v3.2.12，使用 upload 标签功能进行上传

What is expected?

在不设置 accept 属性时，应该可以选择需要上传的文件

What is actually happening?

点击上传组件会直接唤起 ios 相机，不能选择文件

经过测试，可以设置 capture 属性为 undefined 来解决问题，但官网却没有相关性的说明
