Month picker panel has issues echoing year range

Steps to reproduce

1、选择2022-01到2022-12，关闭选择面板
2、点击起始月份输入框，往前翻一年，选择2021-01

期望：选择面板展示2021-2022年范围

What is actually happening?

实际：选择面板展示2022-2023年范围

开始我选择的是今年2022年的月份范围，但当我重新选择起始月为2021-01后，下面的日历范围面板，自动切换到了2022年-2023年的，完全忽略了所选择的起始月份，我试了react那边没有这个情况
