table fixed popover occlusion

Steps to reproduce

table columns fixed right，and the element of right columns is popover

What is expected?

不遮挡

遮挡

这个跟我描述的场景不一样，我的操作列是popover，getcontainer不是body，而是当前的元素的父元素，在body的话在页面滚动，会错位。

所以 我自定义的容器，但是fix的时候，会出现遮挡的现象
