when controlel rangePicker select single moment only in form, value can not collect by form

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on rangePicker and select any two moment
2. Submit and check result in console panel
3. Modifing the date directly in the head of the rangePicker pop-up layer so that the start time is greater than the end time
4. Submit and check result in console panel

What is expected?

have a error feedback and clear the error value

Keep the last correct result
