VPR segfaults when given a circuit parameter but no architecture file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
./vpr.exe my_circuit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should print error message.  Instead it crashes.

It also crashes when an architecture file is given, but no circuit name.
