As a topcoder user, I am not so fancy about the "(2) New Messages" heading blinking and switching my attention to itself.

Chat bot is OK - good job! If I needed some help, I would asked the bot as my first step even if there was no flickering header.

Please consider removing it -- the blinking of the header, if possible.
