First To Finish Challenges closure

For FirstToFinish Challenges, once the submission is done from any of the registrants, the iterative review phase will get opened and it allows the reviewer to submit the review.

Once the review is submitted, automatically the Iterative Review Phase is closed.
The Registration and Submission phases will remain open as the timeline is not reached.

Is there a way we can tackle this instead of closing submission and registration phase manually.
