Steps to Reproduce

Open topcoder.com
Click on Sign up -> I'm the Talent
Fill in all the details and Click on Sign Up
Now, Check email page, notice the links in "Latest Topcoder News "
Click on one of the links
Notice the behavior

It redirects the same page to the news links page
