Steps to reproduce

  1. Open topcoder.com on Chrome on an android device
  2. Click Login > Click Sign Up
  3. Click I'm the talent
  4. Click Sign Up without entering any details
  5. After it shows error scroll down
  6. Now open the country dropdown, it opens with a scrolled down state

Actual Result

Country dropdown opens with incorrect scroll position when you scroll down on sign up page

Expected Result

It should open with topmost countries showing , without any default scroll
