In the notification we send to the customer upon candicate placement, Resource Booking Start Date and Resource Booking End Date are included, but these dates are empty at the time of email being sent so in the email they will always be empty.

@sdgun I've got confirmation from Nagendra that we never have start/end date at the moment when RB is placed. So I removed start/end dates from this email. It's ready for QA.
