The values entered in the steps are not cleared

Steps
Click Start Work button on Data Exploration from https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/self-service/wizard
Enter Project title
Go back and select Start Work button on Data Exploration OR select Start Work button on Website Design

The project titled entered previously is still shown, but when starting a new work, the page should open with empty fields

Note: The same issue in the Web Design path too. When user saves a draft by entering all the details and open a new web design work using start work on web design, all the data entered in all steps of previous draft are displayed in the new form

Also while entering the details on any step in any work type, if user clicks browser back button and go to the work type selection page, and then reload the browser, it opens the page user was last in(before coming to the work type selection page)
