We need to investigate the settings in the dashboard for admins. There are a couple problems here:

Deployments reset the settings, which can be frustrating
Changing the settings isn't always "sticking", even between deployments. We had to reset the pride logo multiple times and it still wasn't quite right at times, for certain people.

We need to ensure that the settings stay consistently to what they are set in the UI, including between and after deployments.
