In config, a default Topcoder logo path:

$Configuration['Garden']['Logo']='/themes/topcoder/design/images/topcoder-logo.svg';

After deploying PRs, you can update a logo in Settings without re-deploying. Need to set a new logo path.

The new logo should be displayed:
