Go to a challenge overview - ex-https://vanilla.topcoder-dev.com/discussion/1514/challenge-overview/p1

There is a link which looks like an ip and when click on it shows 'Permission Problem' page. @jmgasper Not sure if we want this here, and the purpose of having it
