I tried to GET request to https://api.topcoder-dev.com/v5/resources?challengeId=5d4e5332-9012-44ca-a364-f477d2a0ea5c with auth token, but i got 500 'internal server error'.

1. We need to fetch resources with challengeId, that gives us registrants information. But /GET resources/ route is private and needs auth token to access. How can we request if user is not logged in?

Any call that needs auth needs to go through the community app proxy, not direct to the API.
