Access any of the profiles settings links using the URL
Examples
https://www.topcoder.com/settings/profile
https://www.topcoder.com/settings/tools
https://www.topcoder.com/settings/profile#communities

The below error is thrown.

Accessing the settings pages from the user dropdown menu works fine.

Raising the priority as it also prevents new users from verifying their email and completing the registration process
