[$70] Site/Challenge Details Issues

Issue description: Submissions page not loading over the contest page and another error is that no screens will load and one can only go back to the beginning. Need to click on the Community link again to start over.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Compete > All Challenges > filter by design (or go straight to this URL: https://www.topcoder.com/challenges?filter[tracks][design]=true)
2. Click on "MEGA Mobile Services Platform Design Concepts Challenge" (or any UI design challenge)
3. Click on the Submissions tab
4. Blank screen loads

• Refresh/Back results in Blank screen

The work should be based on branch hot-fix-challenge-details

Then you can assign the ticket to yourself.

Hmm, I seemed run into the same error. How about you try to use a browser tab login

`https://x.topcoder.com/#!/app/settings this site and see if you are login automatically.

Please ignore the console error, try using Chrome browser for the authentication. I just verified the process. The website https://x.topcoder.com/#!/app/settings takes some time to open up.
Please be more patient.
