  1. Go to challenge listing page
  2. Apply filter Subcommunity = Zurich and check that it displays only the challenges related to Zurich
  3. Now access the URL https://www.topcoder.com/challenges?communityId=zurich directly and observe that all challenges are displayed

@sushilshinde there were even other changes along with this

but I guess we can revert changes for this, and it should work I feel

making it back to selectedCommunityId shall work.
