Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges/30095032/submit
2. Hit the Tab button.
3. Hit the Tab once again and observe the tab position.

Expected Result
Tab button should highlight the Community while hitting the tab button.

Actual Result
Tab button is not highlighting the COMMUNITY while stroke the tab button from the keyboard .
